When will my order be delivered?
Currently, deliveries will take place on Saturday only between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
Many products on Ascensionmarkets.com are frozen or require refrigeration, so its always preferred to make the delivery while someone is home. However, we understand that might not always be possible. If no one is home we will leave the products in a bag on your doorstep. Alternatively, you may leave out a cooler for your delivery driver to store the products in until you arrive home. If you have any specific delivery instructions you may leave them in the 'Delivery instructions' section at checkout. Specific delivery times will not be accommodated at this time
Where Does Ascension deliver?
Ascension delivers all along the Wasatch front from Ogden to Provo.
What happens if I place an order for delivery outside the delivery area?
If you place an order for delivery in a zone we do not deliver, you have two options. 1) change your order type to pickup or 2) cancel and refund your order.
When and where do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at our Salt Lake location (Sugar Space, 132 S 800 W, Salt Lake City, UT). Pick-ups are currently available between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (noon) on Saturdays.
When do I need to place my order to receive my product on Saturday?
Orders need to be place by 11:59 am (noon) on Thursdays to be delivered/picked up on Saturday. Any orders placed after noon on Thursday will be delivered the next Saturday.
Who do I contact about an incomplete/unsatisfactory order?
The quality of our products and overall order experience is extremely important to us. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order experience. If you have any problems with the quality of the products delivered/picked up please contact the vendor directly via their contact information on their Ascension business page.
Can I sell my products on Ascension?
If your product is made locally in Utah please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on selling with us.
What happens if I am not able to pick up my order?
If you are not able to pick up your order at the time you chose during checkout please let us know before Thursday at 11:59pm and we can change your order type to delivery or assign you a new pick up time. If you do not let us know by Thursday at 11:59pm you will need to find someone else to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up by the end of the day on Saturday, we will sadly have to cancel your order and you will not receive a refund.
What is the delivery fee?
The standard delivery fee is $6.99
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
You must spend at least $35 to get your order delivered.
How much do I have to spend to get free delivery?
If you spend over $100, your order will qualify for free delivery.
