You understand that Ascension does not manufacture or grow any of the items sold through our services. We provide the venue and potential overnight storage of the items in our marketplaces but they are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers. Ascension does its best to see to the quality and safety of its products but cannot make any warranties about products sold by sellers on the platform. Any refund, complaint or legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the seller of the item. You release Ascension from any claims related to items sold through our services, including defective items, misrepresentations by sellers, or items that caused physical injury (like product liability claims).
Items for Delivery
You understand that you will be responsible for the product after it has been delivered to your order address on file. Charges paid by you for completed and delivered orders are final and non-refundable. Specific delivery windows will not be accommodated at this time.
Items for Pickup
You understand that you will be required to pick up products during the designated pick-up hours. Any products/orders that are not picked up during that time will be terminated and not refunded.
We know your personal information is important to you, so it’s important to us. We do not give out or sell any of your personal data. We will help facilitate communications with vendors as needed by providing them with your name and email and connecting you via listed contact information.
